Nearly 2/3 of all world food crops today have their origins from the Americas!
Native Americans planted crops in circular shapes to honor the power of the sacred medicine wheel, respecting the four sacred directions, colors, and directions!
Native farming tradition was to grow certain crops together that helped each other mature (the 3 Sisters- corn, beans, & squash)!
